We are currently looking for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor installs, repairs and maintains our client’s landscapes and irrigation.

What you'd be responsible for…

• Managing and training production crews.
• Scheduling employees.
• Recruiting employees and subcontractors through referrals and advertising.
• Processing work orders.
• Performing quality control for maintenance jobs.
• Inspecting properties weekly.
• Meeting with customers regularly to inspect properties.
• Managing budgets and labor.
• Reporting to owner of company.

What experience we're looking for…

• Commercial landscape maintenance and construction experience.
• Account management experience.
• Experienced in plant identification.
• Irrigation license is a plus.

What skills we're looking for…

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
• General knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Knowledge of plants.
• Knowledge of blueprints, takeoffs and hardscapes a plus.

Other requirements…

• Clean DMV record.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Neat appearance a must.
• Must have own vehicle to drive to and from work.
