Whether your property calls for a hardscape, a softscape or both, building an outstanding outdoor space requires careful planning and thoughtful design.

A successful design will find a perfect balance between function and aesthetics while meeting the needs of the client. While the design process is very involved, our design team loves to make it an enjoyable experience for all of our clients.

This is what you can expect:

1. We’ll start by fully understanding the project requirements. Once we’ve spent time assessing the needs and uses of your space, we’ll put together a proposal along with plans.
2. Based on this proposal and your response, we’ll create a bid with the proposed scope.
3. Once we’ve agreed upon the scope and any conditions, we’ll firm up the bid and approve the final budget. You can be assured that we’ll cover all those details; our designs will include plans, a list of deliverables, timelines and any associated costs.
4. When we’ve covered all those bases and landed on a design that works, then we move on to the build.
